Job Details
Incident Management:
- Investigate and document risk events; work and close cases; track trends
- Recommend measures to recover losses and prevent future events
Fraud Detection and Prevention:
- Monitor and analyze activities to detect potential fraud
- Collaborate with relevant teams and law enforcement agencies to investigate and resolve fraud cases
- Assist in proactive training for all teams to help detect and mitigate fraud
- Share relevant information via SharePoint to educate employees on current fraud trends
- Assist in community education and outreach to share fraud trends and mitigation tools to help the public protect their investments and information.
Audit Support:
- Assist in working with external auditors to provide necessary documentation and support during audits
- Perform audits as assigned by the Chief Risk Officer to ensure controls in place are being followed across all areas of Fortifi Bank
Physical Security:
- Assess and mitigate risks related to Fortifi Bank’s physical security
- Coordinate with manager to address and resolve physical security events
- Track alarm testing
- Track manager site inspections and audits
- Assist in training new hires and current employees on security controls and procedures
New Hire Training:
- Design and deliver risk-related training programs for new hires
- Ensure new employees understand the bank’s risk management policies and procedures
