Who We Are Seeking :
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Outside Sales - Relationship Manager ("RM") to join our team in the dynamic PACE Finance industry. This role is essential to FortiFi's mission of expanding our market influence and strengthening our connections with valued clients. As a Relationship Manager, you will play a key part in advancing our companys vision and strategic goals by building lasting, trusted relationships. Your responsibilities include driving sales growth, fostering customer loyalty, and effectively coordinating with both internal teams and external clients. This position calls for strong interpersonal communication, time management, and collaboration skills, along with a natural ability for building rapport and understanding customer needs.
Our regular business hours commence at 9am - 9pm, Monday Friday and 10am - 6pm on Saturdays. This position is full time and will require 40 hours a week, the work schedule will be determined by your manager and may include the occasional holiday, depending on business needs.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Proactively engage with new and existing customers to expand the Companys business relationships and revenue opportunities.
- Spend approximately 70% of time outside the office on sales calls and direct customer engagements.
- Prioritize long-term profitability and uphold integrity and honesty in all interactions.
- Communicate effectively with clients and the public about the Companys values, products, and services, both in individual and group settings.
- Identify and qualify new prospects through consistent outreach and cold calls to potential clients focusing on targeted opportunity areas.
- Develop and maintain favorable relationships with new and existing customers to drive revenue growth.
- Assist with the development and implementation of programs aimed at increasing revenue and profitability through identified efficiencies and savings.
- Create organic opportunities for the Company through existing contacts and cultivating new networking relationships in approved asset classes.
- Evaluate potential opportunities against the Companys investment criteria using standard analytical methods.
- Contribute to the creation of presentations and proposals to support business development efforts.
- Perform market research to aid in marketing literature development.
- Provide tailored solutions to address client needs and challenges.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management on a regular basis as required.
- Research and recommend long- and short-term business strategies to management, focused on expansion, marketing, and potential product lines.
- Regularly update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and objectives in alignment with managements expectations.
- Assist in coordinating the contractor approval process and onboarding training for new contractors.
- Must live and regularly meet with clients in person anywhere within assigned territory.
- Car insurance the meets or exceeds local requirements.
- Ability to travel more than 70% within designated market.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support overall business objectives.

This Sales position is a remote position, you will not be required to be in the office daily. You may be required to travel to FortiFi offices as needed and requested by your manager in advance.
