Key Responsibilities:
- Team Building: Build a powerful and driven sales team.
- Sales Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing, using a top-tier CRM system like ConnectWise.
