Fortify Technical Staffing works with Architectural, Engineering, and Construction Firms and MEP Consultancies nationwide and I have other local clients in LA (Downtown, Pasadena, Monrovia, El Segundo, and OC.)
THE CLIENT
This particular client is a mid-sized firm who work on large-scale, complex building systems in the Sports, Education, Retail and Commercial sectors.
OVERVIEW
Create construction drawings for the project owner, coordination and communication between the design team and the client / customer, provide project management oversight, and support throughout the entire construction process.
ROLE / RESPONSIBILITIES
- HVAC design (airside, hydronic, steam) for a wide variety of multi-disciplinary (A&E) project types
- Produce construction documents, construction administration, and shop drawing review
- Project Management
- Site Visits / Client interface
- Generate and track project delivery schedule, fees, budgets
- Equipment sizing and calculations, load calculations, systems applications, Energy modeling
