Our growing accounting business is looking for an entrepreneurial individual that is excited about working closely with our business owner clients to simplify their accounting complexities and analyze their business to help them make informed decisions going forward. The individual will work closely with a small team to solve client issues, deliver excellent service and improve processes.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Interface with clients to create effective, efficient solutions for their problems
- Reconcile client accounts and prepare financial reports for review and analysis on a monthly/quarterly basis
- Enter ongoing transactions on a day-to-day basis and work with clients to identify and classify unique transactions
- Maintain proper documentation of client records and reports
- Help clients analyze their business to more rapidly meet management goals
- Manage client relationships to ensure proper communication of expectations
- Facilitating new client onboarding
- Create efficiencies within the firm by refining processes and procedures
Skills & Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required. Accounting is preferred
- 2-4 years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Self-starter and excited about working for a growing firm in its early stages
- Strong communication skills with the ability to understand the need to respond quickly to clients to deliver a high level of service
- Demonstrated ability to organize, multi‐task, and problem solve issues while managing competing priorities and commitments to deadlines
- Detail oriented with the ability to problem solve and critically think in a faced paced environment
- Understanding of basic accounting software including QuickBooks preferred, but not necessary
