Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to be a part of the Career Services team. This is a part-time, professional position reporting directly to the Director of Career Services.

The Career Services Advisor coordinates and assists in job search and placement for graduates and students, maintains confidential and detailed client and referral records, delivers and/or coordinates presentations, workshops, and seminars as appropriate to the position, evaluates and resolves student inquiries, issues, and problems, and ensures appropriate action is taken to the satisfaction of the student, Company, and/or regulatory agencies in compliance with policies, procedures and legal requirements.

Requirements

Skills/Competencies/Qualifications:

• High School graduate or equivalent, degree is highly desired
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Recruiting
• Business Development
• Sales
• Prior Career Services experience
• Degree in business, management, or similar can count towards experience

Work Hours: 20 to 30 hours per week but may vary daily, and evenings

Travel: Minimal

Working Environment: Interior/office

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evenings as needed
• Morning shift

Ability to Relocate:

• Mobile, AL 36608: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:
