We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excellence in the electrical field, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience. This role involves working on both ground-up and remodel commercial projects, requiring expertise in various electrical systems and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for commercial projects.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in low-voltage and control systems.
  • Collaborate with project teams and communicate effectively with clients and other trades to ensure timely project completion.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant electrical experience.
  • Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints and wiring diagrams.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC standards and local building codes.
  • Experience in both ground-up construction and remodel commercial projects.
  • Familiarity with low-voltage systems and control systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills for working with team members and clients.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Journeyman Electrician Card preferred but not required.
  • Compensation $28 - $33 / hour depending on experience

    Physical Requirements

    While performing the duties of this job, the Team member is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The Team member is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The Team member is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and climb stairs, or balance. The Team member must occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
