The IFSS Orlando Branch is seeking a motivated Branch Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. This role involves managing multiple administrative and dispatching tasks, coordinating service requests, and assisting in office operations. While prior experience in security systems is beneficial, it is not required as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians to job sites efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries and service requests via phone and email.
- Maintain and update service records, reports, and documentation.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative documents.
- Scan and digitally file documents.
- Communicate with vendors and manage procurement procedures.
- Receive and organize equipment deliveries (up to 25 lbs).
- Support general office operations, including correspondence and data entry.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience with customer service or administrative support.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of document handling in Adobe and Microsoft Word.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in dispatching or scheduling services.
- Knowledge of security systems or installation services (training provided if needed).

Compensation:
$18.00 - $25.00 hr. depending on experience
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and climb stairs, or balance. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
