Job Description

JOB SUMMARY : This position supports the overall satisfaction of Silhouette Security Group employees

and clients. Senior Agents will be scheduled at sites to meet client needs and provide stabilization when

needed. They will also assist in coaching the staff to provide support and develop growth. This position

is responsible for the safety, security, satisfaction and wellbeing of the client's employees as well as

Silhouette Security Group employees, visitors, vendors and anyone conducting business at any facility.

They will share feedback with the leadership team to help improve site efficiencies. They will be

assigned tasks and trainings to help improve site efficiencies and ensure systems are operating correctly.

The Senior Agent is a key role within the organization that represents Silhouette Security Group. They

will be expected to support and model the company's core values of innovation, integrity and courage.

employees are required to request clarification or explanations from superiors or authorized company

representatives.

Carries out specific tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for the assigned

site.

Inform leadership of any employee or client issues

Ensures staff are following Silhouette Security Group company policies, SOP's, and standards

Help to fill shifts when there are same day schedule changes such as absences, changes to site

needs, reduction of overtime, etc.

Provide corrective coaching and counseling to address any staff performance issues

Creates a positive culture for staff by modeling company values

Presents a good image of our clients by being courteous, respectful and pleasant with their

employees and visitors

Acts is professional manner when addressing issues with employees and clients

Communicates clearly in a manner that is open, honest and responsive in all situations

Visit sites on foot or in vehicle; checks for unsafe conditions, hazards, security violations,

blocked ingress and egress, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons; inspects buildings,

fire protection equipment and grounds using appropriate equipment and protective gear.

Prepares logs or reports as required for site; writes or types reports or enters information in a

computer using standard grammar; inspects security control logs and acts as required.

May to asked to respond to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water

discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents or

conditions following procedures established for the site, by the company, and / or through

training or certification; performs Emergency Medical Care related duties in response to

incidents; removes or assists in removal of victims from scene of accident or catastrophe, and

provides related instructions to others as necessary.

Performs any "other" client / company specified duties.

Must undergo and meet company standards for background and reference checks, controlled

substance testing, and behavioral selection survey, in addition to any mandatory licensing

requirements.

The Senior Agent may assist in new hire onboarding. This requires making sure the new hire is

shown the layout of the site and understands the site SOP's and post orders.

May be asked to work overtime with / without advance notice.

Required ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

Keyboarding, basic computer usage and operating controls.

Seeing, hearing, speaking, and writing clearly in order to communicate with employees and

clients, observe and report incidents, and direct others.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL ABILITIES

Frequent standing and walking, which may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on

uneven terrain.

Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling.

Required lifting and / or moving related to emergency assistance and / or emergency equipment;

depending upon assignment, may be occasional or frequent, and may involve weight or force in

excess of 70 pounds.

Required to have the ability to see details within close range, at a distance, and ability to adjust

focus.

On occasion may be required to perform stressful and physical activity.

Depending upon assignment may be exposed to inclement weather or be required to work in

environments or under conditions that require the use of protective gear and devices and / or

awareness of personal safety and safety of others.

Potential exposure to blood-borne pathogens requiring protective measures.

CREDENTIALS / QUALIFICATIONS

Active BSIS Guard Card

Background in security

Security management experience preferred

Valid Drivers License
