As a Product Manager at Fortis, you will play a critical role in defining and executing the product strategy for our technology solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, finance, marketing, and sales, to deliver products and features that meet customer needs and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about payments technology and innovation, understands market trends, and possesses strong analytical and communication skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Product Strategy
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market demands.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
Engage with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback and ensure alignment with product goals.
Present product updates, roadmaps, and strategic plans to leadership and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with Product Owner to define product requirements and specifications in collaboration with stakeholders.
Work with Product Owner to determine prioritization of features to drive product roadmaps and delivery milestones.
Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including product and feature launches, working closely with marketing and sales enablement.
Collaborate with marketing and sales team to drive product adoption and customer engagement.
Create financial business cases for proposed product development to provide insight into the ROI to help with prioritization efforts.
Monitor and analyze products’ key performance metrics to inform continuous improvement.
Gather and prioritize customer feedback to enhance product features and functionality.
