Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions**):
You work alongside a team of leasing agents in the office and maintenance technicians, groundskeepers, and a maintenance supervisor on your property, all under the direction of your property/community manager. There, your contribution to the team is specifically:
Facility Management
? Perform assigned general cleaning tasks within assigned community.
? Ensure all housekeeping requests are completed in a timely fashion.
? Uses cleaning supplies and substances in a safe and responsible manner.
? Daily communication with the Property Manager to discuss progress, follow-up, or complications regarding housekeeping activities.
? Performs other duties as assigned.
Resident Relations
? Provide superior customer service
Administration
? Maintain a professional image and attitude
? Adherence to and proper implementation of all Fortis Properties Management policies and procedures
? Knowledge of and adherence to the following:
- Fair Housing policies and procedures
- ADA policies and procedures
? Other duties as needed or required
Supervision Received:
The Housekeeper will report to the Community Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

- High School graduate or equivalent
? Experience
- Some previous experience in housekeeping in a corporate or professional environment
