Job Title: Assembly Technician

Summary:
The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling high-quality safes according to specifications. This includes wiring, testing, and troubleshooting electrical components, ensuring all systems meet security and operational standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assemble safe components per instructions and specifications.
- Wire, route, and connect cables and electrical components accurately and safely.
- Conduct thorough functional testing, including voltage, continuity, and current checks.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical assembly issues, such as wiring faults and component failures.
- Inspect assembled safes for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and use appropriate PPE.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to meet deadlines and custom requirements.
- Maintain accurate assembly documentation, including logs, test results, and inventory records.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with equipment maintenance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in assembly and wiring.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues effectively.
- Adherence to safety protocols and awareness of electrical safety hazards.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:
- Workshop environment with moderate to loud noise levels.
- Potential exposure to sharp objects, slippery surfaces, and moving parts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.09 - $19.54 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
