Responsibilities :
- Support, assist, and contribute to the predetermined sales goals and quotas within your team's assigned territory
- Be knowledgeable in Arthrex's extensive product offerings, including but not limited to technique, features, benefits, and value proposition
- Ensure the safe and effective use of our products in the operating room by providing clinical and educational value
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with direct and indirect customers to grow and develop business within the assigned territory
- Assist in covering surgical cases in assigned territory, as directed
