Overview
Parkwest is seeking for an enthusiastic, motivated Casino Office Associate.
The Casino Office Associate will assist with the administrative aspects of the Casino Administration office. Assists the Casino Administrator and Casino Managers by performing the following duties.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite to include Excel, Word, Outlook Microsoft PowerPoint. Gaming software a plus.
- Must be able to pass mandatory screening including a background check and drug test.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Able to deal effectively and interact well with customers and co-workers.
- Able to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
- Available for full time work which may include weekends and evening scheduling; and ready for all programs and activities. Able to work varied shifts and flexible schedules.
- Able to communicate clearly with team members.
- Requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to work within a team environment.
Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent a must. Associate Degree or College Coursework in office administration or business highly preferred.
Experience:
- Three to five years in administrative capacity for a large organization.
- Qualified individual must have a HIGH sense of confidentiality; possess a great level of initiative and follow through; excellent writing skills and attention to detail, organizational processes; good problem-solving and communication skills.
Physical and Mental Requirements
• Must be able to lift and carry supplies up to 25 pounds• Must be able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation.
