Parkwest Bicycle Casino is seeking a Sushi Chef who is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
Sushi Chef will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality sushi and sashimi dishes to our customers.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working as a Sushi Chef in a professional kitchen environment and Apprenticeship from Culinary school; combination of education or experience also accepted.
- Two-three years working as a Sushi Chef in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in filleting and preparing various types of fish and seafood, ensuring the highest quality standards required.
- Proficiency in creating a wide range of sushi dishes, including rolls, nigiri, and sashimi, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong knife skills and the ability to handle and prepare ingredients with precision and efficiency.
- This position requires active CALIFORNIA FOOD HANDLERS Certification and/or Card.
- Open availability to work SWING shift, weekends and holidays.
- MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a current California gambling establishment employee permit, badge or license.
- Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test, criminal background and credit check.
