Senior Project Manager
Salary: $140,000 circa (experience depending) plus benefits.
Location: Chicago
Fortiva are delighted to be partnering with a new client in Chicago to recruit them a brand new Senior Project Manager. The organisation is a well known global Owner's Representative firm who are looking for someone with Hospitality, Build Out, Commercial Fit Out and Tenant Improvement experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale hospitality, build-out or projects across various sectors or have demonstrable relative experience.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and strategic plans.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and consultants.
- Ensure effective project delivery while adhering to high standards of safety and quality.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of project management experience in the project management space.
- Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
