Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Accept and post payments from customers to appropriate companies.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Utilize computer systems for scheduling appointments and managing office communications.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an office or receptionist role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to handle phone systems efficiently and professionally.
