Job Description
This position is responsible for driving sales growth in the wholesale channel, specifically within the Pacific Northwest region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical understanding of building materials and a proven track record of success in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about Fortress Building Products' product lines.
- Train, motivate, and coach dealers, contractors, and other key influencers to increase sales.
- Develop and implement business plans with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and distributors to achieve sales objectives.
- Foster long-term relationships with contractors in the territory to drive sales growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 0-2 years of experience in building product or related sales with a proven track record of exceeding expectations.
- Experience selling through the wholesale channel.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of the building materials industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
