Fortress Pharmaceuticals is a specialty compounding pharmacy looking for a highly motivated, professional Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is punctual, organized and enthusiastic, and they will need to be able to work well with others as they help medical practitioners provide the highest quality of care to their patients.
Responsibilities:
- Must be able and willing to work in a high paced environment and adapt to changes quickly and efficiently
- Works directly under the supervision of the pharmacist to accurately fill and dispense patient specific prescriptions
- Assists in the daily operations of the pharmacy
- Shows exceptional attention to detail
- Must be self-motivating and able to take on multiple tasks
- Assists in properly maintaining inventory of manufactured and compounded medications
- Willing to learn and execute tasks assigned to different departments and assist when needed
