Fortuna is seeking a creative and detail-oriented CRM UX/UI Developer to help enhance customer-facing features and improve user interface design within the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) CRM ecosystem. This contract role supports a hybrid work schedule and is part of a Request for Proposal (RFP) process with a future anticipated start date based on award.
WORKSITE: Hybrid, Los Angeles, CA
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, standard business hours
COMPENSATION: $60.00 - $65.00
ANTICIPATED START DATE: Pending RFP award - estimated future start date

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Build customer-facing portals and self-service tools integrated with the CRM platform

Design intuitive and responsive UX/UI for CRM modules and operational dashboards

Enhance customer journey mapping, feedback tools, and usability
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Required Qualifications:

3 years of experience in CRM UX/UI development

Proficiency in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and CRM configuration

Experience designing customer engagement tools and workflows

Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-platform compatibility
Preferred Qualifications:
