We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accurate and efficient posting of financial data, contributing directly to the seamless processing of payments and maintaining high-quality standards. As a critical member of our team, you will collaborate with colleagues to resolve discrepancies, perform quality checks, and uphold compliance with contractual obligations. WORKSITE : 10390 Peter A McCuen Blvd, Rancho Cordova, CA

WORK SCHEDULE : The schedule includes up to five days per week, with Saturday availability required. Shifts vary between 7 : 00 AM and 7 : 00 PM; a standard shift is typically 7 : 30 AM-4 : 00 PM.

COMPENSATION : $18.00 per hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

  • Accurately post financial data into various systems using a PC workstation.
  • Process payments in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to established procedures and deadlines.
  • Assist in researching unprocessed payments (suspense items) using internal systems such as Kidstar and CSE.
  • Perform additional quality control checks and contribute to maintaining DE Quality Ratings.
  • Support staff scheduling and workflow planning as directed.
  • Adhere to professional standards of conduct, including attendance, behavior, and dress code.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
  • WHAT YOU'LL BRING :

  • Education : High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience :
  • Proficiency in data entry (alpha and numeric) with minimal error rate.

  • Familiarity with a 10-key calculator is preferred.
  • Technical Skills :
  • Knowledge of Windows desktop applications.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
