COMPENSATION : $72.00 -$74.00 per hour

- Lead and oversee full-stack development initiatives with a focus on front-end technologies.
- Collaborate with enterprise services, informatics, infrastructure, data modeling, testing / QA, security, and architecture teams.
- Ensure application security, maintainability, and performance best practices.
- Provide technical mentorship and leadership to development teams.
- Translate business requirements into detailed designs for data stores, components, and services.
- Assist Project Managers with task breakdown, estimation, and resource allocation.
- Create and maintain functional and detailed design documentation.
- Support production problem resolution and serve as an SME for business, management, and security teams.
- Work within an Agile development framework, applying Agile planning, estimation techniques, and best practices.
- Manage development teams following Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- 10 years of experience in .NET Core 6 , C#, Angular 14 , SQL, and Microservices Architecture.
- Experience implementing logging and security solutions for external users (e.g., ELK stack).
- Strong leadership, business acumen, and presentation skills.
- Experience in API Development.
- Exposure to Java, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Liferay.
- NET 6 , C#, LINQ, SQL, JavaScript, JQuery, AngularJS, WebAPI, HTML, CSS.
- WCF, RESTful Services.
- MS SQL / T-SQL (queries, stored procedures).
- ORM Frameworks : Entity Framework, ADO.NET.
- MVC, MVVM, OOP.
- Factory Method, Decorator, Command, Publish / Subscribe, Strategy.
- Test-Driven Development (TDD) - writing unit tests and ensuring code quality.
- Code Reviews & Quality Improvements - applying coverage tools and analysis.
- Experience with TFS for source control, deployments, builds, backlog, and task management.
