We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco wireless (Wi-Fi) systems and enterprise network environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Cisco Catalyst (DNA) Center, Ekahau Sidekick2, and various network monitoring tools. Responsibilities include managing routers, switches, load balancers, VPNs, proxies, DNS, DHCP, NTP, and IPAM while ensuring optimal network performance and security. The role also requires on-call support, collaboration with vendors, and working with engineering teams to certify and deploy solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
-
Deploy and troubleshoot Cisco wireless (Wi-Fi) systems.

Operate and maintain Cisco Catalyst (DNA) Center.

Utilize Ekahau Sidekick2 and similar tools for troubleshooting.

Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, load balancers, VPNs, proxies, DNS, DHCP, NTP, and IPAM.

Administer network management tools for configuration, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance.

Plan and execute network/security changes while ensuring performance and security.

Install, terminate, reroute, and test copper and fiber optic cabling for offsite locations.

Maintain network communication closets and equipment racks, including documentation.

Work with vendors for issue resolution and platform upgrades.

Provide escalation support and participate in on-call rotation.

Certify solutions before deploying them into production environments.

Collaborate with engineering teams for network enhancements.

Utilize Amazon Web Services (AWS) for network-related tasks
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
-
3-5 years of experience supporting enterprise network environments.

Expertise in deploying and troubleshooting Cisco wireless (Wi-Fi) systems.

Experience with Cisco Catalyst (DNA) Center and Ekahau Sidekick.

Knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, MP-BGP, IS-IS) and MPLS, Layer2 VPN, Layer3 VPN.

Strong understanding of network security practices, including audits, design, and implementation.

Experience with LAN/WAN/MAN internetworking technologies.

Proficiency in networking and application protocols, network monitoring (SNMP, NetFlow), and IP fundamentals.

Hands-on experience with routers, switches, load balancers, and proxies.

Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).

AWS Cloud Practitioner certification
