Fortuna BMC is seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of client-facing and internal projects, many of which are technical. As a Project Coordinator, you will collaborate with project teams to manage resources, schedules, budgets, and key deliverables while ensuring deadlines are met on time and within budget. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday
COMPENSATION: $27.00 -$30.00 per hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Project Management:
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver business and technical projects with exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain project scope, schedules, budgets, and supporting documentation.
- Manage dependencies with other teams and projects.
- Evaluate and improve project delivery processes, identifying areas for enhancement.

Communication & Coordination:
- Gather and prioritize stakeholder requirements to support project delivery.
- Organize, attend, lead, and document project and team meetings.
- Create and distribute meeting minutes, status reports, and project updates.
- Prepare and deliver presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Risk Management:
- Identify, document, and communicate project risks and issues.
- Develop mitigation strategies and escalate issues as necessary.

Administrative Support:
- Maintain detailed project records and documentation in compliance with frameworks.
- Contribute to a library of reusable project templates and documentation.

Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor project performance, tracking deliverables and timelines to ensure objectives are met.
- Provide status updates and reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field.

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or a related role.
- Familiarity with technical and business project environments is preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
