WHAT YOU'LL DO :
Design, develop, install, and document complex software applications, including server, client, and web components.
Provide high-level design expertise and contribute to technical architecture solutions.
Analyze customer specifications and translate them into component-level designs to accelerate development.
Work closely with product development teams to develop design requirements that align with business needs.
Oversee relationships between application architects and development teams to coordinate product development and implementation.
Conduct technical research, evaluate tools and methodologies, and ensure designs adhere to industry and company standards.
Participate in business process work sessions, project meetings, and joint application development sessions.
Act as a domain expert, explaining application design to developers and ensuring product quality.
Guide less experienced developers, providing mentorship and work direction.
Participate in feasibility studies and cost analysis to determine the best technical approaches.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING :
Bachelor's degree in business, software engineering, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
6 years of experience in product design, development, and support.
Strong understanding of software design principles, SDLC, and development methodologies.
Experience working with programming languages, operating systems, hardware, and software.
Knowledge of company software and hardware products and how they impact business plans.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills applicable to multiple products.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with developers, customers, and stakeholders.
Ability to mentor and guide less experienced specialists.
Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
