As a Business Support Specialist, you will perform essential business and technical support functions, leveraging data organization and coordination skills to ensure smooth operations.
This role follows established procedures and practices and requires a blend of analytical skills and operational processes.
WORKSITE : 754 River Rock, Helena, MT
WORK SCHEDULE : 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm Monday - Friday (temp to perm)
PAY RATE : $16.00 per hour
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Capture and validate complex data accurately.
- Pre-adjudicate documents and correct data discrepancies.
- Conduct detailed research and ensure data is prepared for the next steps.
- Perform additional searches to extract and input accurate information.
- Follow up on pending research documents and resolve outstanding issues.
- Return electronic forms to customers when additional information is required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING :
- Proficiency in a range of processes, procedures, and systems.
- Strong analytical abilities with a proven ability to problem-solve independently.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for exchanging ideas and information.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work independently within established guidelines with moderate supervision.
