About Us: 


Fortuna Future Paradise, an exciting new vacation chain and an initiative of Fortuna Future, is revolutionizing the travel industry by transforming prime properties into luxurious hotels and short-term rental destinations. As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for a talented and experienced Property Acquisition Manager to help drive the success of our new properties. In this role, you will also be responsible for managing customer relationship management (CRM) systems and supporting the sales team to ensure smooth property acquisition and growth. 


 Job Responsibilities: 


  • Property Research and Identification: 


Research and identify properties for potential conversion into hotels or short-term rental destinations, evaluating location, market demand, competition, and ROI. 


  • Property Inspections & Due Diligence: 


Conduct property inspections, assess condition, review zoning regulations, and estimate renovation costs to ensure properties meet company acquisition criteria. 


  • Financial Analysis: 


Analyze the financial feasibility of potential acquisitions, including projected rental income, operating expenses, and ROI. Provide actionable reports to senior management. 


  • Negotiation & Sale Closure: 


Lead the negotiation process and take ownership of closing property acquisitions. Ensure the final sale is completed efficiently and in the best interest of the company. Collaborate with legal, financial, and project teams to finalize transactions. 


  • CRM and Sales Management: 


Oversee and manage the CRM system, ensuring data on property acquisitions, sales, and client interactions are organized. Support the sales team by offering insights and lead management to drive acquisition targets and business growth. 


 


Qualifications: 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred). 
  • Proven experience in property acquisition, real estate analysis, or related fields. 
  • Solid experience managing CRM systems and sales processes, ideally in a real estate or hospitality context. 
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market, zoning regulations, and property valuation. 
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. 
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), real estate software, and financial modeling tools.
