What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser position at Fortuna’s Restaurant & Banquets?
Fortuna’s Restaurant & Banquets in Niagara Falls, NY is looking for one busser to join our team. We are located on 827 19th Street. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Greets customers at table and offers water
- Clears tables of dishes, cups, utensils and drinkware after each customer
- Cleans tables and chairs and resets tables
- Polishes glasses and silverware in then rolls into cloth napkins.
- Refill water as necessary
- Maintain a clean and sanitary bussing station
- Stocks bags, takeout containers etc.
- Takes out garbage and recycling.
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate and listen to team members and guests
- Dedication to working as a team towards one goal
- Great customer service skills
- Experience as a busser is a plus
