Pay: $15-$23/hour based on experience

Primary Responsibilities:
This role involves a wide range of administrative tasks to support the daily operations of our financial advisory team.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to Financial Advisors, including phone coverage, coordinating client meetings, and managing calendars.
• Meeting Preparation: Prepare materials needed for upcoming client meetings.
• Client Data Management: Gather and organize client information for financial planning purposes.
• Scheduling: Arrange client meetings for Advisors.
• Appointment Management: Conduct reminder calls for client appointments and follow-ups.
• Account Maintenance: Onboard and maintain client accounts, including collecting necessary documentation and processing transactions (e.g., account opening, maintenance, fund transfers).
• Communication: Proactively communicate with Advisors, clients, custodians, and team members.
• Telephone Coverage: Professionally handle incoming calls and maintain continuous phone coverage.
• Document Management: Complete daily tasks such as electronic filing, scanning, and mailing correspondence.
• CRM Maintenance: Enter and update client data in the CRM software.
• Message Handling: Manage inbound and outbound calls, taking detailed messages as needed.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with other team members to address client requests.
• Additional Duties: Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft 365.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
