What You'll Do
Strategic Business Process Oversight:
- Plan, oversee, and design highly complex business processes.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve and support business operations.
- Regularly track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve performance targets.
- Analyze and document clients' complex business requirements and processes.
- Develop conceptual data and process models, including data dictionaries and volume estimates, to communicate requirements effectively.
- Lead the creation of advanced test case scenarios for business application testing.
- Monitor and verify that system designs meet client requirements.
- Serve as the lead business analyst on information technology projects.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Estimate project-related tasks and ensure alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
- Facilitate the translation of technology requirements into business language.
- Drive client adoption of innovative, value-added business solutions.
- Maintain and refine the architecture of complex business process domains to align with the organization's technology priorities.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, clients, and non-technical personnel.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business processes and business analysis, preferably in the healthcare field.
- Demonstrated expertise in interfacing technology with functional groups within an organization.
- Familiarity with computer programming concepts and coding languages.
- Experience implementing and supporting organizational value propositions.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
