Senior Manager Technical Accounting

Responsibilities

• Support other internal teams, Finance leaders, Controllers, CFOs etc. on technical accounting matters related to M&A projects including
• Provide support on technical accounting matters related to M&A projects
• Research accounting guidance, formulate technical accounting positions
• Direct due diligence and acquisition processes
• Business combinations, Purchase accounting, Integration, etc.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on ASC accounting standards
• Maintain SEC (10K’s-10Q’s, S-1/S-4) regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• CPA
• 8 plus years’ experience
• Big 4 experience
• Thorough understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting
• Open to limited travel
