Position Summary :

The Dishwasher is responsible for general kitchen sanitation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The Dishwasher will work with our grill staff to ensure a proper supply of clean cooking utensils, pots, and pans are always available. The incumbent also ensures that floors are cleaned and maintained, and that trash is removed.

Core Duties and Responsibilities :

The Steakhouse Dishwasher is responsible for the following duties :

• Check all items to make sure they are completely clean before being used.
• Wipe down stainless-steel tables.
• Mop floor, clean walls and drains.
• Check and refill all detergents that are being used in the area.
• Thoroughly clean glass and dish machines before the end of each shift.
• Always maintain a clean orderly workplace.
• Adhere to Company sanitation standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service promptly to guests and fellow team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
