Position Summary:
The Inventory Control Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of all cashier stations and vault operations, ensuring patrons enjoy excellence in service. The Inventory Control Manager ensures compliance with all applicable laws, codes, and regulations, as well as provides effective leadership and supervision to all department staff to ensure the Company’s standards of customer service are reinforced and executed.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
The Inventory Control Manager is responsible for the following duties:
- Provide quality annual job evaluations to department staff and establish goals.
- Monitor employee progress, while providing counseling as needed.
- Establish and update department Job Descriptions.
- Establish and update department policies and procedures and SOP’s.
- Provide personal development and leadership to department, be a role model.
- Acknowledge good employees.
- Track attendance of cage and vault personnel.
- Administer progressive discipline as necessary.
- Ensure effective communication and listen to employee input/suggestions.
- Develop schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Send employees home or call someone in as needed.
- Perform administrative paperwork as required for annual evaluations, employee transfers, terminations, or layoffs.
- Review applicants and conduct interviews for vacant positions in the department.
- Schedule and facilitate staff meetings.
- Attend required meetings and trainings.
- Train new employees, identify training needs, and ensure employees understand department procedures.
- Maximize revenues, develop budgets, and control inventories.
- Get approval and signature of CEO/GM for all contracts, and file in Accounting Department.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications – Education and Experience:
Minimum Qualifications:
The Inventory Control Manager should have a four-year degree in Accounting, Business Management, or a related degree, or at least two years of management or supervisory experience. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Good organizational, communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Title 31 compliance.
- Good math and basic computer skills.
- Must work well under pressure.
- Self-motivated, responsible, flexible, and a team player.

The work environment is fast-paced and requires overall good mental and physical health.

Job-specific abilities and requirements include:
Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to drive with a valid driver’s license.
Ability to perform repetitive motion from use of a computer.
Ability to tolerate various scents, noises, and bright lights.
