About the Role:
This Senior HRIS Analyst will perform analyses, configuration, testing, support and maintenance of HR Systems, data and reports.
The HR systems include human capital management, absence, timekeeping, talent, recruitment, compensation, payroll and benefits. We currently use Workday HRIS and SmartRecruiters ATS.
- Manage business processes configuration and testing in HRIS.
- Serve on cross-departmental teams and provide expertise/support for HR System project teams including acquisitions, new modules/functionality and facilitate process improvements.
- Implement new procedures/projects and improvements due to business changes, operational requirements, strategic initiatives and legal requirements.
- Lead design sessions, facilitate meetings and develop project plans.
- Responsible for end-user support including the creation and maintenance of job aids and system training. Provide communications to end users as needed.
- Maintain organizational hierarchy and data setup in HRIS. Review and audit data in various HR systems to ensure accuracy. Document test results, analyze and report overall status.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources or a related subject, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday and thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) to include a strong understanding and experience with database, spreadsheet and report writing tools is required.
