- Participating in safety initiatives and maintaining safe work habits.
- Maintaining good housekeeping and organization of work areas according to 6S principles.
- Positioning work and operating machinery efficiently.
- Ensuring proper functioning of machines and production of high-quality products.
- Cross-training in various production functions such as assembly, preparation, packaging, and more.
- Notifying Group Leaders or Supervisors of potential improvements.
- Performing assigned assembly work according to standard procedures.
- Paying attention to detail and ensuring accuracy and quality in processes and products.
- Effective communication within the production team is crucial.
- Demonstrating job performance that supports Safety, Service, Quality, and Productivity objectives.
