Job Location: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, IL. Effective mid-2025, Fortune Brands will transition to a new world-class campus in Deerfield, bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices, brands, and functions. Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data & Analytics Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various high visibility projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes and support the overall strategic goals of the organization.
RESPONSIBLIITIES:
- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery of project goals.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and track progress against them.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques and provide regular status updates to senior management.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with data engineering, data science, and business intelligence teams to ensure seamless integration of data solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices in project management.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Project Management: Proven expertise in managing complex data projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within scope.
- Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management and analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau) to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering data projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in data management and analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., JIRA).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Additional Information
Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $70,000 USD - $110,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
