Operations Assistant

Job Summary

About the Job
In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining safe work habits, keeping work areas organized, positioning work and operating machinery efficiently, monitoring machine processing, cross-training in various production functions, and performing assigned assembly work according to standard procedures.

Your Key Performance Indicators
As a member of our production team, your performance will be measured by your ability to:

1. Adhere to safety protocols and participate in safety initiatives.
2. Maintain good housekeeping and organization of work areas according to 6S principles.
3. Operate machinery efficiently and ensure proper functioning.
4. Cross-train in multiple production functions and improve productivity.
5. Notify Group Leaders or Supervisors of potential improvements.
6. Demonstrate job performance that supports Safety, Service, Quality, and Productivity objectives.
7. Follow Company policies, procedures, and regulations.
