To be successful in this role, you will require minimum 5 years' experience of Product Development within Manufacturing and/or Process Engineering, Prototype Machine build, and test environment. Project Management experience is also essential. Additionally, knowledge of product launch processes and experience in the implementation of the Core Quality Tools: Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Measurement System Analysis (MSA) are required. Working experience within a technical product production environment and experience with CAD, interpreting technical drawings, and tolerancing, including experience in GD&T, are also necessary. Good analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, as well as the drive to learn and develop own skills, are required. Self-motivated individuals with the ability to work independently and as part of a team are preferred. A strong aptitude for hands-on engineering is also essential.
