Your Role
As a key member of our production team, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining safe work habits and participating in safety initiatives.
- Keeping work areas organized and tidy according to 6S principles.
- Positioning work and operating machinery efficiently.
- Monitoring machine processing for proper functioning and product quality.
- Cross-training in various production functions such as assembly, preparation, packaging, and more.
- Notifying Group Leaders or Supervisors of potential improvements.
- Performing assigned assembly work according to standard procedures.
- Paying attention to detail and ensuring accuracy and quality in processes and products.
- Collaborating effectively with the production team.
- Demonstrating job performance that supports Safety, Service, Quality, and Productivity objectives.
- Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and regulations.
