Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a critical role in supporting financial reporting planning and analysis processes. This individual will be a strategic partner to crossfunctional teams providing insights that drive financial performance enhance profitability and support business decisionmaking. This role involves managing financial planning cycles conducting variance analysis and providing key insights to leadership.

This position will work closely with Finance leadership and other business partners to ensure accurate financial forecasting reporting and analysis. The role may support one or multiple business units or functions.

Position location : Deerfield IL Hybrid

RESPONSIBLIITIES :

What you will be doing

• Lead financial planning processes including annual budgeting monthly forecasting and variance analysis.
• Partner with business unit leadership and crossfunctional teams to drive financial insights and improve decisionmaking.
• Analyze financial results key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends to provide actionable recommendations.
• Support monthend and quarterend close processes including financial reporting sales analysis and expense reviews.
• Conduct financial modeling for strategic initiatives such as pricing strategies new product development customer contract negotiations and investment opportunities.
• Provide financial guidance for sales marketing and operational functions identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost efficiencies.
• Assist in rebate calculations balance sheet reconciliations and compliance reviews in collaboration with corporate accounting and audit teams.
• Develop and present financial reports dashboards and executive summaries to key stakeholders.
• Support M&A integration and process improvement initiatives to streamline finance operations.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and project support as needed.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range : $70000 USD $110000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and location. In addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a rolebased sales incentive plan.
