Summary of Position:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Platform Strategist to manage and enhance our digital sales enablement tools. This role will focus on developing and updating content, as well as driving the adoption and effective use of key platforms, including our online sales training hub and B2B online ordering system. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in empowering our sales team with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed while ensuring seamless user experiences across all platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and update engaging and user-friendly content for the online sales training hub and B2B ordering platform.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure accurate and relevant content is available for users.
- Implement and maintain a content calendar to manage updates, new releases, and training materials.
- Ensure consistency in tone, branding, and messaging across all digital platforms.
- Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and tutorials (both in-person and virtual) to onboard and support users of the company’s sales enablement tools.
- Develop easy-to-follow user guides, video tutorials, and FAQs to support self-service learning.
- Act as the primary point of contact for platform-related questions, providing troubleshooting assistance and collecting user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Monitor platform performance and user engagement, leveraging analytics to identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to test and roll out platform updates or new features.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles and functionality improvements to maximize platform effectiveness.
- Partner with sales leadership to align tools and content with team goals and strategies.
- Work closely with marketing and sales consultants to integrate promotional content, product updates, and drive B2B app adoption.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure platform tools support broader business objectives.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of experience managing digital platforms, content development, or sales enablement tools.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with e-learning platforms or B2B e-commerce systems.
- Excellent communication and training skills, with a proven ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with experience using analytics tools to drive decision-making and optimize user experiences.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
