Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for an Executive Coach located in Conway, AR, with flexibility for some remote work. The Executive Coach will be responsible for providing executive coaching, business coaching, and training to help clients improve their performance, achieve their goals, and enhance their leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Executive Coaching, Business Coaching, and Training skills
- Experience in Executive Management and Coaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to tailor coaching strategies to individual client needs
- Strong leadership, data analysis, and strategic planning abilities
- Proven track record of coaching and training executives
- Relevant certification in coaching or related field
