Responsibilities

• Execute various manual labor tasks as directed by supervisors or project leads.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites.
• Follow instructions for specific tasks, including construction, maintenance, or repair work.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on the job site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques as needed.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to completing assigned tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
