Status : Full Time; Regular; Exempt
Salary : $75,000 annually
Location : Bronx Criminal Court and / or Bronx Community Office
Days / Hours : Monday to Friday; 9 : 00am to 5 : 00pm
Position Summary :
Supervised Release offers an alternative to bail, providing pretrial supervision, case management, and voluntary social services to people charged with misdemeanors and felony offenses. SRP and Fortune Program participants are monitored to ensure their appearance at court dates, and they receive referrals to community-based programming. Under the Supervised Release program (SRP), the Compliance Program Manager will oversee the compliance team, oversee the quality of program quality assurance, refining and improving programmatic workflows and will have direct oversight of SRP's auditing processes. The position involves identifying and determining quality assurance and auditing procedures and standards, working with IT and EQI staff to ensure contract compliance and internal agency requirements, generating routine and ad-hoc reports that support the program by monitoring activities, contract performance and program milestones.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Lead the effort to build detailed procedures for auditing of contract compliance and internal agency requirements and oversight of the program;
- Design and develop ongoing internal auditing processes;
- Directly, as well as through other relevant staff, run reports and conduct ongoing internal and external auditing analysis;
- Monitor project team progress;
- Provide timely communication on significant issues and developments;
- Engage in process documentation, staff training and regular quality assurance monitoring to ensure accurate database entries and program compliance;
- Oversee the compliance team and monitor performance relative to contract goals, required level of client service, and activities to help units produce timely outcomes and achieve required rates and levels of performance;
- Prepare internal quality assurance reports and procedures (as requested by unit management) for the purpose of monitoring program performance, fidelity to practice, client satisfaction, etc;
- Represent SRP in board report process and conduct reporting and quality assurance measures as requested by senior management;
- Collaborate with Court Advocates, Case Managers, Clinical Case Coordinators, and Data Program Managers and other parties as needed;
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry of all client information into the agency's database;
- Monitor participants' attendance and compliance with supervision requirements;
- Attend and participate in all necessary SRP meetings, conferences, and trainings;
- Engage in his / her own ongoing professional development;
- PM must complete the Google Data Analytics course via Coursera within the first 6 months of their employment, if they have not already done so;
