Job Summary : Under the guidance of the Program Director, Field Supervisors will play a vital role in the development of interns. Field Supervisors meet regularly with interns to discuss classroom practices and professional development, and to ensure compliance with program requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Initiating contact with district interns to establish communications;
- Providing guidance and support to district interns;
- Observing, assessing, and providing feedback to district interns;
- Completing and collecting all required documentation thorough Fortune's Learning Management System;
- Participating in program meetings.
