- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing product knowledge and expert advice on outdoor furniture and design solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a personalized shopping experience.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store success by following best practices and sales techniques.
- Maintain a visually appealing store environment, including setting up displays and keeping the showroom neat and organized.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and supportive workplace culture.
What We’re Looking For
- A passion for sales and customer service.
- Previous retail or sales experience (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
