Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement:
  Welcome customers with a warm smile and a professional, enthusiastic demeanor, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable.

• Customer Needs Assessment:
  Identify customer needs proactively, address any concerns, and provide tailored solutions that exceed expectations.

• Sales Execution:
  Write and close sales effectively, driving revenue while maintaining a customer-first approach throughout the sales process.

• Showroom Management:
  Oversee the upkeep, maintenance, and cleanliness of the showroom, ensuring it consistently meets the highest standards of presentation.

• Customer Follow-Up:
  Conduct timely follow-ups with customers to reinforce relationships, address post-purchase needs, and secure repeat business.

• Team Leadership:
  Lead by example, fostering a culture of customer-centricity and a results-driven mindset within your team.

• Additional Duties:
  Perform other relevant job functions as assigned by Store Operations and/or executive management, contributing to the overall success of the store.
