Service Technician
The Service Technician is directly responsible for guest satisfaction, 'white-glove' aesthetics, completing with maintenance repairs and apartment turns, maintenance audits (i.e.- smoke detector/lights), painting, power washing, and running errands.
High school diploma or GED. Ability to read and write English required.
