SUMMARY

The Customer Care Associate is a support position which will work closely with Advertising Director, Multimedia Account Managers, Editorial Staff, Creative Design, and Production teams. This position is full time, in-office presence required, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Assist with walk-in customers as needed.
  • Support Advertising Directors and Multimedia Account Managers who are selling marketing solutions to local advertisers by doing data entry, gathering ad information/materials, and sending proofs to clients.
  • Provide support documentation for print and online advertising options customized to each client.
  • Provide demographic display marketing and other digital solution reports and supporting data.
  • Assist with special sections, exports, house ads, inserts, and special projects as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once as well as be willing to work on new projects, with ability to work well under multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency with computers, with strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • A basic understanding of print and online advertising products is desirable.
  • Excellent customer service skills are required.

Expected compensation for this role is between $19 and $21/hour, based on qualifications and experience.
