What are the responsibilities and job description for the Press Room Support position at Forum Communications Company?
With locations in North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota, Forum Communications Printing addresses commercial printing and mailing needs with our high-quality print and mail solutions. Services include magazine, catalog, book, and tradeshow printing, brochures, direct mailers, postcards, variable data printing, statements, glossy inserts, annual reports, fulfillment, first class mail pick-up, and print & digital publications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Stack down/palletize products as they are run off the press.
- Assist in operation of Printing Press.
- Count and top bundles on conveyor lines.
- Set up stacker
- Operate forklift and pallet jacks.
- Responsible for general maintenance and housekeeping of press and reel rooms.
- Abide by all OSHA regulations and other established company safety policies.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence.
Expected compensation for this role is between $18 and $20/hour, based on shift qualifications, and experience.
